Aligned with the priorities of the National Government, the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies of Colombia launched the strategy Colombia PotencIA Digital, composed of three pillars, including one focused on Innovation Ecosystems. This pillar comprises the following key drivers: Digital Entrepreneurship, Sophistication of Technological Solutions, Internationalization, Regional Integration, and the Encounter of Digital Ecosystems - Colombia 4.0.

Through the Internationalization driver, the Ministry of ICT, which formulates policies and programs for the development of ICT, and ProColombia, an entity that promotes exports, attracts foreign investment, and strengthens Colombia's international image, work together to generate capacities and business opportunities for companies in the Digital Industry, promoting recurrent exports and attracting foreign investment.
